Library Research Guides

The nursing and health science programs all have individual research guides. These guides cover both resources and services already covered in this module, and also databases, books, and other information specifically relevant to individual programs. Immediate Assistance from the Library Reference Desk

Do you need research support, are experiencing database accessibility issues, or have another information need that can't wait for very long? Then don't hesitate to reach out to the reference desk! You can go to the Ask a Librarian page to find contact information options for email, text, phone, and the library's live chat service. The reference desk is generally staffed at the following times:

  • Monday - Thursday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
  • Friday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM 
  • Saturday - Sunday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM 

Also, if you are taking classes on campus then you of course can come to the reference desk at the Ryan-Matura library on the main campus for walk-in assistance.
