NU 602 Library Research Module

Welcome to the NU 602 Library Research Module!

By completing this research module, you will be able to:

  • Identify library and open web resources for your research project.
  • Construct searches using simple and advanced strategies to find the appropriate information for your research needs.
  • Recognize search tools available to you through the library's website.

The module, which includes videos, tutorials, and checkpoints, is designed to be completed in an hour. You can complete it at your own pace.

Although originally designed for NU 602, this module can also be used by Sacred Heart nursing students in other classes in need of an overview of database search essentials and research strategies, including students taking NU 365 and NU 735.

Watch the video to meet part of the Health Sciences team and hear about what to expect from this module.
