Welcome to the NU 602 Library Research Module!

By completing this research module, you will be able to:  

• Identify relevant library databases and open web academic search engines that you can use for your research  
• Use simple and advanced strategies to construct database searches to find the appropriate information for your research needs 
• Recognize several other specialized tools and services available to you through the library website  

This self-paced module is made up of a combination of videos, tutorials, and checkpoints, and is designed to be completed in about one hour.  

Also, although it originally designed for NU 602, this module can also be used as an introduction to research strategies and library resources by students taking NU 365 (Evidence Based Nursing Practice).
