Sacred Heart University Library strives to present the best possible resources to meet the needs of our academic community. Toward this goal, we sometimes need to realign our electronic resource subscriptions to best suit the needs of our users, academic curriculum, and budget.
Every year, existing resource subscriptions are reviewed and new resource subscriptions are evaluated. Factors in decision making include programmatic size and needs, usage data, cost, content overlap with other resources, and unique content. If such a review indicates it is warranted, Sacred Heart University Library will cease subscribing to the resource. Likewise if budget allows, the Library will introduce a new resource.
