Printing from the Library's Windows PCs with your SHU Card

  • Log into the PC with your username (do not include entire email address) and password;
  • click print from the menu, and choose LIB-STU from the dropdown menu of available printers - if not already selected, then click Print

  • If LIB-STU is not listed as an available printer, Check the desktop for  a LIB-STU printer icon. If it is on the desktop, double-click on icon.  LIB-STU should now be added as an available printer. Repeat the steps above to print

  • LIB-STU printer is located at the end of the circulation desk across from the library cafe. Swipe your SHU card face down in the slot to access account, select the documents you want to print. This should print your documents and debit your SHU card for the cost. 6 cents for black & white and 33 cents for color per copy.

Printing from the Library's iMacs with your SHU Card

  • Click print from the menu, choose LIB-STU in the printer selection box, click on Print;
  • A popup box  will appear with the default set to "Library"  as the name

  • Change "Library" to your username, enter your password, and click OK

  • LIB-STU printer is located at the end of the circulation desk across from the library cafe. Swipe your SHU card face down in the card reader slot to access your print jobs, and select the documents you want to print. This should print your documents and debit your SHU card for the printing cost. The cost is 6 cents for black & white and 33 cents for color per copy.
