Individual Research Consultations
The subject specialists at the Ryan-Matura Library strongly encourage students to consider a research paper consultation to assist you in defining your topic, locating resources and materials, and identifying potential research problem areas. This is especially true for students working on third-year or graduate level courses. If this service is something that you might be interested in, please follow the link above and fill out a request.
Bibliographic Instruction
Schedule an appointment for a librarian to provide a library instruction (bibliographic instruction) class. Instructional sessions can be tailored to specific classes and/or projects.
Online Community
Check out the library blog for library news and reviews of recently purchased materials. Submit a review to be featured on the library blog. View and comment on the blogs maintained by your subject librarians. Help build a meaningful wiki, with class-specific research guides. Do all of his and more via our online community!
