The Ryan-Matura Library now owns over 35,000 ebooks!!! We have purchased access to three separate collections: ebrary, the ACLS Humanities Ebook collection, and the Oxford Digital Reference Shelf.
Ebooks can be accessed via Enterprise, our online catalog. If you'd like to search or browse a particular collection, see the links and information below (If you're off-campus, you might need to be signed into the vpn to access the collections via the links below).

ebrary is our largest collection of e-books, totalling over 34,000 (covering just about all of the disciplines).
ACLS Humanities E-Book Collection
The above link will take you to the homepage for the ACLS Humanities E-Book Collection. If you are off-campus, you will need to log in to Sacred Heart's vpn (virtual private network) to access the collection via the above link.
Oxford Digital Reference Shelf
Click the above link to access a list of the reference works acailable to you digitally from Oxford University Press. If you're logged in to Sacred Heart's vpn (virtual private network), select the desired source from the link and follow the link to the book. If you are not logged in to the vpn, you will be prompted for your name and the last 7 digits of your ID number. The topics available from the Oxford Digital Reference Shelf range thematically from the The Grove Encyclopedia of Classical Art and Architecture to the Encyclopedia of Evolution.
