SHU Library welcomes Amy Jansen as Business & Web Experience Reference Librarian. Amy begins work on Monday, August 15. She comes to us from Agnes Scott College, and holds degrees from University of Missouri at St. Louis, University of Cincinnati, and University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana. Her focus will be upon general reference work, liaison and instructional work with the Welch College of Business, and detecting changes and disconnects in the users' experiences with the library's web resources and databases.
