Bibliographic Instruction Class Request

To schedule a library instruction class, please fill out this form and submit.
Please make the arrangements early to insure the availability of the desired date.
Please list three dates, in order of preference, when your class is available for library instruction.
If your class has been or will be assigned a research project, please note below the topic and scope of the assignment so that we may address any special needs within the class.
All arrangements are tentative until confirmed by the Instructional Services Librarian.
